The pages and features listed in your proposal, a design that adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens, and two major website revisions within the agreed scope. Each revision starts with one collected list of feedback. Before you commit, you receive a written list of the work, price, payment dates, and expected finish date. Ongoing care is a separate choice.

If you need a website address, we help you choose it and check its availability and price. You register and pay for it directly through your own provider account, and you remain responsible for renewals. Create your own Cloudflare account and invite NewGen as an Administrator so we can set up the website. Domain registration and renewal are not included in Website Care.

Keep it. We can connect it to your new website without buying another address or making you move it to a different company. You keep paying your registrar directly for renewals. We review your existing business email before changing any settings.

You pay your providers directly for domain registration and renewals, hosting, Cloudflare Workers, email, and any other paid services. Your payment method stays in your own provider accounts. Website Care is the only optional NewGen subscription; we do not charge a separate monthly domain or hosting fee.

Yes—every website package includes IT-team coordination. You create a Cloudflare account owned by your company and retain Super Administrator access, recovery, and billing control. Invite NewGen as an Administrator through our own login. Each IT team member also uses their own login, with access agreed for your business. We do not share passwords.

You own the website we create for you after the final payment, and we give you the files and explain how to use them. Your website address and Cloudflare account remain yours. You manage your provider payments and renewals whether or not you choose Website Care. Canceling Care does not start another subscription. Tools, fonts, and photos supplied by other companies still follow those companies’ terms.

Every package includes search foundations. We organize your services, business details, and useful answers so people and search tools can understand what you offer. Before launch, we check page information, public search access, and the phone experience. We also set up visitor reports and Google Search Console, with your account access and any required verification, so you can see how people find you.

Yes. Every website package offers optional monthly emails for current clients with a connected website. See visits, popular pages, and Google search activity when connected, with month-to-month comparisons when enough data is available. Choose reports in your account and opt out or back in anytime. Website Care is not required.

We use AI tools to support research, planning, and development, then check the work against your real business details. You get a website built around what you offer and what your customers need to know, with the search setup handled for you. Google and AI services choose what they show; no website provider can guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, or a particular increase in customers.

Customers could book an appointment, pay through a payment service, or send an inquiry that appears in a customer follow-up list. You could also have a simple way to change your website’s words and photos. We explain the choices using your daily work as the example. Your initial build includes the tools listed in your proposal. New custom features are quoted separately. Website Care covers maintenance and normal content updates to existing pages; paid outside services need your approval.

If you are unhappy with the website or choose another direction, you can cancel without paying the remaining website-build balance. We stop work and do not publish the website or give you the final files. If you continue, we need your approval and final payment before publishing your website and giving you the files. Yearly ongoing services have a separate refund policy.

Yes. One customer account can include several websites you are authorized to manage, including different companies. Choose a website to see its submitted consultation form, domains, billing, or update requests. Use one consultation form for each website. Each website can have its own optional Website Care plan and billing dates. Three websites with Care cost $87/month or $897/year before approved outside costs. Your main address and its www version count as one site; other addresses pointing to the same site do not automatically create another subscription.

Yes. Use Manage payments to cancel online without a call or approval. Future Care billing stops immediately, and service continues through the current service month, counted from your start date. For yearly payments, we automatically refund the remaining full service months using the annual amount you actually paid, and start the refund within five business days. The month already started stays paid. Canceling Care does not start another subscription or change your own hosting and domain payments. Billing mistakes, services we did not provide, and your legal rights remain protected. Website-build deposits have separate terms.
