We agree on your website and its costs before you pay. These terms explain how we work together. Your written proposal names the person or business paying, the website, included work, price, payment dates, expected schedule, and any services from other companies. Our refund and cancellation policy is part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you.
More than one website in your account
One customer account can include several websites you are authorized to manage, including websites for different companies. Choose the website before opening its submitted consultation form, domains, billing, or update requests. Each website keeps its own project scope, legal payer, service choices, and approvals. Signing in or adding a website does not enroll it in Website Care or another paid service.
Your project and approval
A website build is a separate purchase from ongoing services. Launch starts at $795 for one showcase page and Business starts at $1,495 for up to five main pages. Websites with more than five main pages use a Custom quote. A simple privacy page is additional to the main-page allowance. Custom systems and other initial-build additions are priced in the proposal. Ongoing provider costs are agreed separately. The accepted proposal states the actual price, pages, content, features, rounds of adjustments, and what is not included. A checklist or example does not add every possible feature to your order.
You pay a nonrefundable 50% deposit before work begins. The deposit counts toward your project total. If you continue with the website, the remaining 50% is due after you approve the completed work and before we make it public and give you the final website files.
If you are unhappy with the website or want to go in another direction, you may cancel by emailing contact@newgenwebdesign.com. Your deposit is not refunded, and you do not owe the remaining website-build balance. This applies even if work has not started. We stop work and do not launch the website or hand over unpaid website files. Our refund policy explains how we handle billing mistakes, work we cannot provide, and any refunds required by law. We honor the terms of agreements already accepted before this policy took effect.
You provide accurate business information, final words and pictures, permissions to use them, and the access needed for the agreed work. We agree on review dates and explain how missing information or new requests affect the schedule. For the initial build, additions outside the accepted project need an agreed quote. Website Care covers maintenance and normal content updates to existing pages. New pages, redesigns, and custom features require a separate quote, as do approved outside-provider services.
Website update requests and files
Your account lets you choose a website and its recorded domain, describe changes, name the affected pages, and discuss the request with NewGen. Submitting a request does not itself approve an additional charge or authorize launch. We confirm any work or outside purchases that need a separate approval.
You may upload MP4, MOV, PNG, JPEG, and PDF files up to 100 MB each. Share only material you own or have permission to use. You allow NewGen and its service providers to store, compress, convert, and use that material as needed for your website work, including preparing a brief for development tools such as OpenAI Codex. You keep your ownership. We review the work before delivery or publication.
Keep your original files. The portal provides optimized working copies. Conversion can reduce image or video quality and remove PDF forms, selectable text, and digital signatures. Uploads are not a backup service. An optimized copy can be larger than an already compact original. Downloads are available for 90 days after processing; our privacy notice explains processing, access, and retention. Do not upload passwords, financial credentials, private customer datasets, or other sensitive personal records. Let us know before submitting anything that needs special handling.
Optional monthly website reports
When search and reporting setup is part of your agreed website work and you authorize NewGen to manage the domain, we may install website analytics and add a Google verification record to its DNS settings. Our service account may become a verified owner of that website's Google Search Console property so we can complete the setup. You keep control of your domain and can retain your own Google access. Contact us to arrange access or a handoff. Stopping report emails does not remove website analytics or change domain ownership.
Every website package offers monthly website insights by email for current clients with connected websites. Website Care is not required. Choose reports for each website in your account and opt out or back in anytime. Reports show visits, popular pages, and Google search activity when connected, with comparisons when enough data is available. Figures may be estimated or incomplete and do not guarantee traffic, sales, or search rankings. Our privacy notice explains the sources, sending schedule, and report preferences.
Working with your IT team
Every build package includes coordination with your IT department. Create a Cloudflare account owned by your business, retain Super Administrator access, account recovery, and billing control, and invite NewGen as an Administrator. Each person uses their own login. We agree on access to your domain, DNS settings, and security controls and do not share passwords. IT coordination does not include an independent security audit or guarantee against every threat.
Your Cloudflare account, hosting, and website address
You own your domain and Cloudflare account. Your account holds your website, DNS settings, and any related storage or databases. You pay your providers directly for domain registration and renewals, hosting, Cloudflare Workers, email, and any other paid services. Your payment method stays in your own provider accounts, and you are responsible for their renewals and usage charges.
We help you choose and connect a domain and explain the services your website needs before setup. If you already own a domain, you can keep your registrar and pay it directly. We check existing business email settings before changes. We do not add registrar or hosting charges to your build invoice or sell a separate domain or hosting subscription.
Website Care does not include provider charges. Canceling Care does not start another subscription or transfer responsibility for your provider payments to NewGen. Your domain, files, and provider accounts remain yours. We coordinate access and handoff without an exit fee. Keep your provider payment details current; missed domain or hosting renewals can interrupt your website and business email.
Optional Website Care
$29/month or $299/year per website. Yearly billing saves $49 compared with twelve monthly payments. Website Care is NewGen’s only optional subscription. It includes maintenance and normal content updates to existing pages. It does not cover domain registration, renewals, hosting, Cloudflare Workers, email, storage, or other provider charges; you pay those providers directly.
Care includes normal updates to existing words, photos, hours, prices, and links, plus the checks and publishing those updates need. New pages, substantial layout or design changes, new sections, custom systems, and integrations are separate work quoted before you approve it. We agree on priorities and delivery dates.
We also receive offline alerts, check website software and contact forms monthly, save website copies, and test restoration every three months. Alerts do not mean round-the-clock human support. You provide accurate business facts, approvals, permissions, and needed account access.
All domain, hosting, Cloudflare Workers, business email, paid tools, and other provider charges are separate from Care and paid directly by you. We explain required services and estimated costs before setup. New setup or integration work is quoted separately; maintenance of existing agreed website functionality is included in Care.
Each separately maintained website needs its own optional plan and enrollment approval. Its billing dates, cancellation, and refunds apply to that website. A main address and its www version, or other addresses pointing to the same website, do not create another plan. Your domain remains yours, and you pay its provider directly.
The fee provides ongoing service, not a bank of credits. A month without requests does not create a refund. Work we agree to while your Care coverage is active remains owed without another paid month, even if its agreed delivery date is after cancellation. New requests after service ends need a new agreement. Earlier accepted contracts retain their agreed terms.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Website Care renews monthly or yearly until cancelled. We confirm its start date, total amount, and payment frequency before payment. Our prices include any applicable sales tax in the total you approve. Checkout does not increase that total for tax. Your invoice or receipt identifies any included tax; this breakdown is part of the same total. A build payment does not automatically start a subscription. We use Stripe for invoices, payments, and the secure client payment page. NewGen does not collect card or bank details on this website.
You can cancel online through Manage payments without a call, reason, or staff approval. Stripe stops future subscription payments immediately. Your service continues through the current service month, measured from your billing date. For yearly payments, we automatically refund every unused full service month based on the amount actually paid, and start the refund to the original payment method within five business days. The current month remains paid when you choose to cancel. Read the refund calculation, examples, and your rights.
Cancellation ends Website Care maintenance and normal content updates at the current service-month end. Canceling Care does not start another subscription. Your hosting, domain, and other provider accounts stay under your control and their charges continue independently. We coordinate access and handoff without delaying cancellation or refunds. Canceling billing does not itself take your website offline or delete your files or domain. Other websites are unaffected.
We send renewal reminders and give at least 30 days' notice of a proposed price increase, obtaining agreement before charging more. Already-paid periods do not increase in price. Our refund policy explains yearly reminders, failed payments, the time allowed to resolve a failed renewal payment, and how we help you move your website.
Ownership, outside services, and corrections
Your completed paid-for website files belong to you. Your domain and provider accounts remain yours. We provide agreed access and handoff information without an exit fee. You remain responsible for provider payments and renewals before and after Care ends. Fonts, photographs, software, and other materials from outside companies keep their own license terms. Services you buy directly follow their provider’s terms.
We explain outside-provider costs separately. Maintenance and normal existing-page content updates are included while Website Care coverage is active; new development is separately quoted. A provider’s free feature is not described as a paid provider license. You choose and pay for any required provider plans in your own accounts. Your provider’s terms govern its charges, renewals, cancellation, and refunds.
The 30-day correction period after launch covers errors in the agreed build, without requiring a Website Care subscription. New requests and changes made by others are not included. It does not reduce other rights or remedies you may have.
Search, content, and privacy
We prepare useful, readable pages and accurate business information so search engines and AI tools can understand your website. We cannot guarantee that they will list or recommend it, where it will appear in search results, or how many visitors, inquiries, or sales it will bring. Business claims and policy wording need your approval, and specialist advice may be needed for your business or visitors.
Our privacy notice explains how we use inquiry, payment, cancellation, and refund information. Share only what is needed for the project. Do not send passwords, card details, or sensitive records through the public contact form.
